In recent years we have expanded our reach from being a locally based Hampshire charity to now delivering across nine UK police forces. Earlier this year, our work featured in a BBC documentary called Home Truths, exploring Ian Wright’s experience of domestic abuse as child.

Job Title: Domestic Abuse Sessional Facilitator
Hours: Sessional hours as required (weeknights & Saturdays)
Salary: £20 per hour
Base: Ashurst / Community venues around Hampshire
Sessional facilitators are required for the co-delivery and co-facilitation of domestic abuse programmes and interventions in Hampshire.
ADAPT is a 20-week modular, behavioural change group work programme operating in various sites across Hampshire supporting individuals who are using abuse in their intimate relationships to make changes and have healthy, respectful relationships in future.
CARA is an out of court disposal intervention. Following a police call out and release from custody, individuals meeting an eligibility criteria and identified as standard risk are issued a conditional caution by the respective police force. Conditions include attendance at two domestic abuse awareness raising workshops designed and delivered by The Hampton Trust. The workshops are delivered one month apart to a closed group. You will be partnered with another CARA Facilitator and responsible for delivery of the two workshops.
