Working in the field of domestic abuse for 24 years we are one of the largest UK providers of Respect accredited domestic abuse perpetrator programmes. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Domestic Abuse Services team.
Post: Programmes Facilitator (2 vacancies)
Responsible to: The Domestic Abuse Services Manager
Hours: 10 hours per week (Monday – Thursday)
Salary: £6150 per annum
Location: Venues across Hampshire
The Hampton Trust deliver a suite of interventions designed to address individuals using abusive behaviours within their relationships. Service users are referred via statutory and voluntary agencies or can themselves self-refer.
We are looking to recruit facilitators to co-deliver group programmes on a weekly basis, two evenings per week. Full training will be given, with additional training to enable you to undertake one to one assessments as and when required.
This is an exciting and unique opportunity to be involved with the Hampton Trust. Working alongside our skilled practitioners, you will play a leading role in working directly to challenge and hold accountable the source of abusive behaviour in relationships; offering strategies of self-management within prescribed programme material conducive to enabling long term behavioural change.
