Thank you for your interest in making a self-referral into the Pathways to Change service.

Due to the current volume of referrals, the service is pausing accepting new referrals until a planned referral reopening date of 5th January 2026. We will be reopening for referrals in the new year.

There are several options to access support in the meantime:

  • If you would like to speak to one of our peer mentors, please call 07902 208042.
  • If you are in crisis, you can call the Samaritans any time, from any phone, for free, on 116 123. Here is a link to the Samaritans’ website: Contact Us | Samaritans.
  • If you would like to speak to one of our programme practitioners, please call 02380 009898.
  • To find out about other domestic abuse programmes in the UK, you can contact Respect on 0808 802 4040.
