- Salary: £35,649 to £45,675 per annum (Band Level 4)
- Base: Head Office, Ashurst, Southampton (minimum 3 days per week)
- Contract: Permanent

About the role

Key Responsibilities
Working within a supportive and highly collaborative team, you will lead delivery of Pathways to Change interventions across Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Southampton and Portsmouth. From developing partnerships and managing performance to supporting practitioners and driving service improvement, you’ll enjoy a varied and meaningful role where your leadership can have a direct and lasting impact. Alongside applying your existing management expertise, you’ll have the opportunity to grow professionally and help shape the future of an innovative and evolving service. Main responsibilities include:
- Service Delivery – Lead and monitor performance against contractual key performance indicators.
- Management – Manage a team of practitioners and administrative staff to deliver services.
- Leadership – Contribute to reflective practice and workforce development.
- External stakeholders– Engagement with key stakeholders in service delivery
- Quality Assurance – Maintain Respect Accreditation and champion trauma-informed quality standards.
- Safeguarding – Oversee all safeguarding issues ensuring safe practice.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience line managing staff.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience of project management
- Minimum 2 years’ experience providing support to those affected by domestic abuse or individuals using harmful behaviours
- Experience producing accurate reports, records and performance data
- Strong experience representing an organisation in professional forums
- Ability to build partnerships and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
