  • Job title: Domestic Abuse Prevention Practitioner
  • Working hours: 37.5 Hours per week (includes one evening group per week)
  • Salary: £26,736 – £30,079 per annum (Band level 6)                                                                                                                                                                              £30,080 – £35,648 per annum (Band Level 5) – dependent on experience of working with individuals using harmful behaviours
  • Location: Ashurst, Hampshire (Head Office), co-location across Hampshire
  • Contract: Permanent 

About the role

This is a unique opportunity to join a pioneering organisation with a national voice in shaping domestic abuse policy. As a Domestic Abuse Prevention Practitioner, you will be a key member of our dynamic Pathways to Change team, working within a multi-agency framework to tackle the root causes of domestic abuse. You will deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions to individuals aged 16 and over who have used harmful behaviours in intimate or non-intimate relationships. Your role will include conducting risk and treatment viability assessments, intensive case management, and co-facilitating our Respect-accredited domestic abuse prevention programme.

  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
  • Willingness to work evenings to deliver interventions and co-locate across Hampshire
